Return and Refund Policy
1. All orders will be packed, wrapped carefully and quality checked to ensure it arrives to you free of defects. When you receive your shipment, please open and inspect merchandise on the same day and it is your responsibility to check for faults (if any) immediately.
2. Cancellation of order is not permitted after confirmation has been made by you UNLESS the product(s) is out of stock. In such instance, a full refund of the product(s) will be made included courier charges (if any).
3. We take no responsibility for damage caused by using our product(s) if being used other than recommended as stated in manuals.
4. The product(s) Satisfaction Guarantee is only valid on new purchases and allows you to evaluate your purchases for up to seven (7) day from the date of receipt. Any complaints forward to us after the seven (7) days period will no longer be entertained. If you receive a damaged / defective product(s), please email to email@example.com Our customer Support Team will acknowledge and accept your request to return and advice the authorization code and the assigned return location. 5. Product(s) purchased MUST be returned to us in unused condition. Please ensure that the item is not used and please retain the original packing. Any stains, scratches or damage caused by carelessness will not be accepted for returns.
6. After receiving the said product(s), we will examine and test the defective product(s) in accordance to your complaint. If the defect you described is found valid, we will deliver you a replacement. However, if we are not able to provide a replacement of the returned product(s) for any reason, we will refund the full amount of the product(s). We shall not be liable to pay you any loss and damage resulted from this defective product(s).
1. To avoid hassles in exchanging shades after purchased, we advise you to study and understand the shades chart as stated carefully. When you receive your shipment, please check your item. If there are issues, please email or contact us immediately. Customer can do exchange within 7 days from date of receipt with the product still new unopened.
2. All exchange is subject to availability. In the event that the exchange able item is out of stock:-
a) You may change it with another item of the same value item or pay the difference in value for product(s) with a higher price. We will not refund the difference if you choose a product with a lower price tag.
b) Shipping cost for exchange is borne by customer.

1.1 Images of Product(s) on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Photographs displayed in our website are taken from the actual product(s). We take great care to present our product(s) on our website as accurately as possible. Please note that the actual colors of the product(s) and the color shown may different as color may vary due to monitor resolution/settings and the lighting effect.

Although we endeavor to ensure that all pricing and delivery information on the website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and product(s) may be mispriced. We reserve the rights to correct any errors, inaccuracies, change or edit information without prior notice to the customer.
1.3 Please check the description, measurement and price before placing an order. Dimension & weight stated are estimated and it might be slightly difference from the actual product(s). The handling time is the number of business days which we will take to courier the product(s) after receiving your cleared payment. A payment is considered "cleared" after it has been deposited into our account.
1.4 Products shown on our website are based on stock availability and is on the first come first serve basis. We will assume no responsibility on the loss or damages which is incurred due to the unavailability of products.
1.5 We accept orders for product(s) subject to availability. If for any reason the product(s) you ordered are out of stock, we will contact you or email you either offer you an alternative product(s) of equivalent quality and price (if this is possible) or cancel the product(s) from your order and give you a full refund of the product(s) included courier payment (if any) made by you.
